Matches: Modified OHSAA rules, three 1 minute periods, Double Elimination, 12pt. technical, Certified Officials

2024-2025 Major Rule Changes:
12 point technical
1 point of Contact Inbounds - Wrestler will be considered in bounds if either wrestler has one point of contact inside the boundary line.
3 Point Takedown - Just like NCAA
Near Fall Changes - 2 points for two-count, 3 points for three, and 4 points for four.

Admission: $?? per person (6 and under free). Coaches band is $?? (covers band and entry)
Coaching Bands: $?? - Any one going into the mat area (coach or parent) must have a band on.
Available on-site at the final weigh in Friday before the tournament from 4p-6p or during the tournament.

Qualifications: To be qualified a wrestler MUST meet ALL requirements:
1. Must be an Ohio resident
2. 3 years or less experience - this can be their 3rd year of wrestling
3. No OAC state qualification. (Does NOT include the current season)
4. No returning Ohio Novice State Finalists (1st or 2nd Place - unless only 3 in a bracket)
5. No top 4 placement in any national tournament with more than 4 in a bracket.
6. All wrestlers MUST have a COPY of their Birth Certificate onsite in the event of an age challenge. *Digital is ok*

**Girls Only (Girls can only wrestle in ONE division) No top 4 placement if more than 8 wrestlers in ANY state or national tournament** All other qualifications also apply to girl wrestlers.
